A new meets old pairing for this plump old hand faceted Diamond, which is set as an Art Deco styled solitaire engagement ring. A mesmerising queen, the dearest luvly Diamond dates in cutting style to the mid 19th century and retains all the unique qualities and personality which we love. A cushiony shape which has wonderful brilliance with a glittery display as the light rolls over each of the facets. It measures one carat judged with a Schindler gauge. 

Cut before the considerations of the modern grading system and the electric light, it is uncertificated but we would judge it to be around a I/J colour with a visible carbon inclusion which is placed over the culet (curiously, the best place to hide it). These factors don't diminish it's antique beauty or interest and we have priced with these in mind. Mounted in a custom Art Deco setting of fine Platinum with simple stepped Diamond accents to the shoulders, the ring size can be altered to suit, but is an 'Q' or '8' as is.
